Damián del Castillo, Germán Olvera, Marifé Nogales and Mercedes Arcuri sing in the concert version of Thaïs at the Liceu of Barcelona

Thaïs, one of Massenet's most representative works, will be performed in concert version at the Gran Teatre del Liceu of Barcelona on March 1st and 4th. Damián del Castillo, Germán Olvera, Marifé Nogales and Mercedes Arcuri will be performing with Plácido Domingo in this lyric comedy in three acts with libretto by Louis Gallet. The concert's conductor will be Patrick Fournillier, leading the Liceu's orchestra and chorus.
We will have the opportunity to see Damián del Castillo and Germán Olvera again soon in Bomarzo at Madrid's Teatro Real and also in Marina at the Teatro de la Zarzuela. As for Marifé Nogales, she will be performing soon in Madama Butterfly at the Teatro Real, while Mercedes Arcuri will be performing in Rigoletto and Il viaggio a Reims at the Theater Kiel and also in a concert entitled "Douceurs rossiniennes” at the Opéra-Théatre of Limoges.
