After his acclaimed intervention in the revival of Manuel García’s opera “L’Isola Disabitata”, at both Bilbao’s Teatro Arriaga and Seville’s Teatro de la Maestranza (“with his great performance, he deserved a small solo ovation”, according to the magazine ‘Ópera Actual’), baritone César San Martín will participate in Teatro de la Zarzuela’s new production of Barbieri’s “Los Diamantes de la Corona”, a title that has not run at that theatre since late 19th century.
