Marifé Nogales in the cast of Adriana Lecouvreur at the Teatro de la Maestranza

Adriana Lecouvreur, an opera in four acts composed by Francesco Cilea to an Italian libretto by Arturo Colautti, based on the play by Eugène Scribe and Ernest Legouvé, will be on stage at the Teatro de la Maestranza from May 21st through June 2nd. Taking part in the production, which was developed by Lorenzo Mariani and comes from the Teatro di San Carlo of Naples, will be the Guipuzcoan mezzo Marifé Nogales, who will be sharing the stage with Ainhoa Arteta and Teodor Ilincāim, among others. Leading the Real Orquesta Sinfónica of Seville and the chorus of the Association of Friends of the Teatro de la Maestranza we will find Maestro Pedro Halffter.
Marifé Nogales will also be singing soon in Thais at the Teatro Real and also at the Peralada Festival.
