Simon Trpčeski in Russia, Germany, Poland and Korea

On November 9th, Simon Trpčeski will play Saint Saëns’ “Concerto No. 2” at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall in Moscow with the Russian National Orchestra, conducted by Jakub Hruša. The pianist takes a break from the concert series he is playing with different orchestras and conductors from various countries, with Prokofiev’s “Concerto No. 3.” He will play this piece again in the remaining November concerts:  on 14th, 15th and 16th, along with the WDR Sinfonieorchester and Vasily Petrenko, at Bielefeld’s Rudolf-Oetker-Halle, Stadthalle Viersen and Kölner Philharmonie; on the 22nd with the Opole Philharmonic Orchestra and Bartosz Żurakowski, at the Filharmonia Opolska im. Józefa Elsnera in Opole, Poland (where he will also perform Macedonian Damir Imeri’s “Piano Concerto”); and on the 29th with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Kirill Karabits at the Concert Hall at the Seoul Arts Center.
