Simon Trpceski in the United States, Canada, and Finland

During the month of April, Simon Trpceski will give two solo recitals featuring a virtuosic program that will include works by Schubert and Liszt — “16 German Dances, D.783” and “Fantasy in C Major, D. 760 – Wanderer”, by the Austrian composer; and “Prelude and Fugue in L Minor” (nach J. S. Bach), “Soirées de Vienne: Valses caprices d'après Schubert, S. 427, Nos. 5–7”, and “Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 in C Sharp Minor”, by the Hungarian composer. The recitals will be staged at the Hertz Hall of the University of California in Berkeley, United States, on April 14th; and the Vancouver Recital Society in Vancouver, Canada, on April 18th. Subsequently, on May 3rd, the pianist will play Rachmaninoff’s “Concert No. 4” with the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Marc Soustrot, at the Tampere Hall in Tampere, Finland.
