Born in Huesca, Jorge Franco has sung in prominent Operta Theaters, auditoriums and Festivals like Teatro São Carlos in Lisboa, Palau de la Música de Valencia, Auditorio Nacional in Madrid, Teatro Campoamor in Oviedo, Teatro Victoria Eugenia in San Sebastian, Auditorio Adán Martín de Tenerife, Teatro Jovellanos in Gijón, Quincena Musical Donostiarra, Auditorio de Zaragoza, Auditorio de Tarbes, Teatro Serrano de Gandía, Teatro Olimpia in Huesca, Teatro Principal de Valencia, Auditorio de la ONCE in Madrid and  Auditorio de Castellón, among others.

Some of his more relevant operatic performances include the roles of Tonio in La fille du régiment by Donizetti, Il conte Almaviva in Il barbiere di Siviglia by Rossini at the Teatro Campoamor in Oviedo, Teatro Victoria Eugenia in San Sebastian, Teatro Jovellanos in Gijón and Kursaal in San Sebastián, Tamino in Die Zauberflöte by Mozart at the Teatro Principal in Castellón, Maruxa by Vives at the Auditori de Castellón, Don Ramiro in La Cenerentola by Rossini at the Auditorio Adán Martín de Tenerife and Teatro São Carlos in Lisboa, this last one with stage direction by Paul Curran, Gernando in L'isola disabitata by Manuel García at the Teatros del Canal in Madrid and with stage direction by Emilio Sagi and Ernesto in Don Pasquale by Donizetti at the Teatro Victoria Eugenia in San Sebastián, among others.

In concert and oratory he has sung Coronation Mass and Requiem by Mozart, the last in several auditoriums around Valencia, Petite messe solennelle and Stabat Mater by Rossini, the Magnificat and Christmas Oratorio by Bach, Messiah by Handel at the Auditorio de Zaragoza and at the Palacio de Congresos de Huesca, and Misa Criolla by Ramírez, among others.

His most recent performances include La Cenerentola at the Teatro Victoria Eugenia in San Sebastián, Il Viaggio a Reims at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona and Tenerife, Le nozze di Figaro at the Teatre Principal de Palma, La scala di seta in Sarriá, the Stabat Mater by Rossini in Zaragoza and  Rigoletto, Lucrezia Borgia and Rinaldo at the Ópera de Tenerife.
