Madrid’s Teatros del Canal will stage “Noches de Verano en La Verbena de la Paloma” featuring baritone César San Martín in the role of Julián


“Noches de Verano en La Verbena de la Paloma” will revisit the famous work entitled “La Verbena de la Paloma” adapted to modern times, featuring music by Tomas Bretón. The adaptation and stage direction have been signed by María Bollaín. Baritone César San Martín will play the role of Julián. The show, produced by Madrid’s Teatros del Canal, premiered at Berlin’s Hebbel-Theater, and was widely acclaimed. Miguel Roa and Manuel Coves will be conducting the Orquesta y Coro de la Comunidad de Madrid. The production will be presented from February 23rd to March 3rd at Madrid’s Teatros del Canal.
