The Palau de les Arts presents La tabernera del puerto with baritone Àngel Òdena as Juan de Eguía


Under the stage direction of Mario Gas and the musical direction of Guillermo García-Calvo, Les Arts will stage La tabernera del puerto, with Àngel Òdena in one of the leading roles, that of Juan de Eguía. This production of the romance marinero in three acts by Pablo Sorozábal, with libretto by Federico Romero and Guillermo Fernández-Shaw and based on Federico Romero's Romancillo marinero, is from the Teatro de la Zarzuela and it will be on stage at the theatre in Valencia from October 27th to November 3rd.

Soon we will have the chance to see Àngel Òdena in the double-bill programme Pagliacci/Cavalleria Rusticana at the Gran Teatre del Liceu and again in La tabernera del puerto at the Teatro Calderón of Valladolid.
